1. NAVATA EXPRESS LLP entitles to perform the transport in any reasonable manner and by any reasonable means, method and routes.
2. Docket Note: NAVATA EXPRESS LLP shall issue a docket Number to as an acknowledgment of receipt of goods for transportation as said to contains without verification, which does not mean docket shall be evidence of the condition of the correctness of the declared nature, quantity value of consignment or weight of the goods as the time of it is received by all.
3. The company shall not liable at any time for any loss, damage to the goods due to theft, robbery, pilferage, strike riots, civil commitment, emergencies, criminal activities to unruly mob, weather condition, floods, rains, storms, earthquake, fire explosives and any type of accident including damage arriving out of accident to the vehicles and all other unavoidable and unexpected circumstances beyond our control.
4. The maximum liability of the company for any loss or damage caused to any consignment for whatsoever raise will be extent of Rs. 100/- (One Hundred Rupees only) per kg for the consignment without insurance.
a) Gold, Silver, Jewellery, Gems, Pearls, Narcotics, Liquor, Acid, Liquid, Chemicals, Currency Notes, Explosives, Inflammable, Fire Arms and dangerous items, any type of previous materials, livestock as well as perishable goods, Certificates, Lottery Tickets, and all other contra banned items should not be curtained in the booking consignment.
b) The Consignment must be supported with the relevant papers, documents, inter-state S. T. way Bill permits, failing which consignor shall hold entire responsibility for any legal compliancy.
5. All claims will be settled at the booking station only. No claims will be entertained after 30 days from the date of booking. The queries on consignments should be raised within 15 days from the date of dispatch of consignment and if no. claim is lodged within the stipulated period of 30days then any such claim will not be entertained after the expiry of 30 days. i.e. The Company for such loss of damage be deemed to be extinguished and no claim shall there upon after expiry of the said period.
6. Consignment lying undelivered for more than 15 days will be entirely at owner's risk. The Company will be at liberty of dispose of the consignment by public auction if the Consignor/Consignee fails to lift the goods within 3 months from the date of arrival at delivery station.
7. Bulky or outside packages will be charged as per volumetric weight formula & railway rules.
8. Full address, Name, Phone No. of consignee and consignor must be superscript properly over the booking content, without engraving such on the bags/boxes will be entirely at owner's risk.
9. Any dispute, Controversy arising out of relating to the contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata.
10. It is carrier service.
11. The carrier undertakes to carry only those articles permissible by law and the customer himself is responsible for illegal and prohibited goods.
12. The goods will be delivered against full payment of charges against the consignment.
13. Good can be sent in one lot or in part as possible.
14. The carrier shall not entertain any claim after delivery of goods and any claim raised after delivery shall be null and void.
